About The Position

The Finance Analyst II (Remote) is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operations to support the organization's strategic goals. This role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. The Analyst collaborates with other departments to align financial processes with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • 3+ Years Financial Analysis Experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Works cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support business initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • We require proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for forecasting, analyzing, and reporting corporate overhead and capital expenditures to support strategic planning and cost optimization.
  • Analyze financial performance, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.
  • Work collaboratively with FP&A team to foster professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
  • Support external audits and prepare required documentation and disclosures.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations.
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
