Position Purpose: Compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects. Cost effectively manage the utilization of services and develop measures to track, trend and forecast related impacts of organizational strategic initiatives. Support Medical Affairs by delivering advanced financial, staffing, and utilization analytics that inform strategic decision‑making, ensure regulatory alignment, and promote cost‑effective healthcare delivery. In this Finance Analyst IV role, you will: Run pre‑established reports and develop new, customized analyses for internal stakeholders Develop metrics to evaluate financial impact of operational, staffing, and vendor decisions Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations Contribute insights into performance drivers using market‑specific and utilization-based analysis Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ensuring data accuracy Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to senior leadership Perform financial forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis Support staffing and utilization modeling to align resources with business demand Partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, operations, and vendor teams Present complex analysis clearly to leadership audiences Perform other duties as assigned; comply with all policies and standards Applicants for this role have the flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the continental United States. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of financial or data analysis experience
