About The Position

You will be the Finance Analyst Sr for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree
  • Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
  • Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Adapt to change and digital transformation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
  • Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle
  • Knowledge of Direct Contracts: Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
  • Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow

  • Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and track program budgets to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and funding analysis.
  • Coordinate the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting, forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash (OSP&C).
  • Manage contracts through cost‑management efforts, including invoice processing, issue resolution, and ad‑hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.
  • Analyze performance using Earned Value Management System data, highlighting cost and schedule variance and providing actionable insights.
