Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines. What You Will Do Support financial planning and analysis by gathering requirements, analyzing cost and operational data, and preparing reports that inform strategic decisions; collaborate across departments with a strong field presence to improve financial efficiency and ensure compliance; support month‑ and quarter‑end activities with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; operate under general supervision to produce complete and accurate work aligned to site/corporate goals. Contribute to documenting stakeholder needs and incorporating them into cost models; assist in analyzing data and workflows to identify trends, variances, and savings opportunities; monitor departmental costs; support budgets and forecasts; help communicate between stakeholders and technical teams with reports and presentations; analyze large datasets for decision‑making; maintain compliance with regulations and policies; partner with operations and procurement; support reviews of financial statements; perform other duties as requested.
