About The Position

The Finance Coordinator – will support both the Development & Construction as well as the Treasury & Risk operations for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. This individual contributor will assist in the administration of projects from development through construction up to the point of opening. Additionally, they will manage day to day vendor relationships, insurance requirements, and oversee the cash management platform for over 70 locations. Position is on-site and based in Columbus, OH.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • 2+ years or related experience with construction accounting
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Procore, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the receipt payment activities for all construction projects
  • Administration of all permitting and utilities
  • Support the administration and accounting for leases
  • Oversee cash management including bank verification and payment processing
  • Forecast cash flow for assigned legal entities
  • Maintain over 70 bank accounts
  • Establish and monitor all merchant IDs
  • Ensure certificate of insurance compliance and tracking
  • Process, manage and account for all claims
