The Job: As a Finance Director, you’ll be part of our ~$6B US Retail Commercial Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Partner with sales leadership and channel marketing to drive overall commercial strategy. Navigate customer segment through various internal processes & cadences. Be a key decision maker on pricing, promotional, and customer back-end programming decisions. Provide P&L management and effectively balance top line growth with margin expansion targets. Manage customer close, forecast & RSA processes. Lead a high performing team of two direct reports. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Requirements

  • A results driven mindset with emphasis on delivering customer and business commitments.
  • Experience operating in a large, cross functional and matrixed organization.
  • A proven history of improving processes and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • 12+ years relevant work experience, preferably in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles within a Consumer Products company with exposure to Retail Big Box customers.
  • Understanding and experience analyzing external market drivers influencing consumer retail demand across residential and repair & remodel end markets.
  • Proven ability to “connect the dots” across seemingly disparate data points to triangulate and build fact-based assumptions to drive high levels of forecast accuracy.
  • Ability to develop concise narratives and executive-level communications to articulate performance results and key business dynamics
  • A working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus).
