Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Typing proficiency with attention to detail when entering data
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dealership systems a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financing documentation and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
• Obtain customer credit applications and submit them to lenders for approval
• Maintain organized filing and record systems for finance transactions
• Complete required reports and documentation for compliance and tracking
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
• Assist customers with questions and ensure a smooth financing process
