Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do Manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records, ensuring approvals, documentation, and timely updates. Handle month-end tasks, audits, and controls preparation. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or orders. Maintain accurate records and support reporting for internal stakeholders. Assist with audits, identify process improvements, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Candidates must not graduate prior to August 2026.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2+ years work experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
