Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications are a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial control.
• Experience working with Headquarters
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Strong ownership and accountability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Business-oriented and solution-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, controlling, tax and treasury management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a backup for the General Accountant when required
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Analyze budget versus actual performance, identify variances and provide clear explanations and recommendations.
• Support management with financial analysis to drive sound business decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements and internal control standards
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and other financial stakeholders.
• Draft and update internal financial policies and procedures as needed.
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Review financial statements in accordance with Chinese Accounting Standards to Headquarters.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and financing activities.
• Optimize working capital and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Support the drafting and implementation of rebate policies in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Calculate and manage rebate provisions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance, efficiency and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement within the finance function.
