Finance Manager (Hybrid)
About The Position
PIC North America, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, based in Hendersonville, TN. This role serves as the Financial Planning & Analysis lead for PIC's global consolidation and as the finance business partner for PIC's Product Development business unit, collaborating with leadership to support a range of business initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a global, fast-paced environment, equally effective working independently and partnering across teams, functions, and all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines are essential. This is a hybrid position, based in Hendersonville, TN (4 days onsite/1 day remote), with up to 5% of domestic and international travel annually, depending on business needs. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,0000 USD per year. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A.
- A strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, including consolidation processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate regional and functional deliverables into cohesive global business review presentations and analyses.
- Conduct detailed operating analysis focused on PIC's Product Development business unit.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Support the global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across PIC to assess and report financial performance.
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
