About The Position

Finance Manager Outstanding Performance Deserves Outstanding Compensation! CDJR Dallas seeks a motivated, experienced, and professional Finance Manager to support our sales team and assist customers with their financing needs. Finance Manager play a key role in generating revenue for the dealership and must maintain a strong focus on compliance while clearly communicating product features and benefits.

Requirements

Ability to quickly adapt through a streamlined onboarding process.
2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance; pay based on experience.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening process.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financing by securing rate quotes, working with lenders and banks, and presenting loan terms while maintaining strong lender relationships.
Present and sell aftermarket products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans, to drive profitability and encourage customer referrals.
Complete all required financing documentation accurately and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
