About The Position

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial and state documentation. The Finance Manager position plays a vital role within our Auto Group by providing knowledge and support to our finance department. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our company.

Requirements

Organizational skills
Excellent verbal skills
Proven track record of high CSI and profitability
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as implement and maintain processes
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
High school or equivalent (Required)
Minimum of 3 years in dealership experience
Valid Texas Driver's License
Pass Background Check
Pass Drug Test
21 Years-Old or Older

Responsibilities

Meet dealership sales and F&I goals
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our customers
Processes loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficiently and in compliance with government agencies
Maintain great lender relationships
Clearly explains all aspects of a customer’s purchase and vehicle protections ensuring 100% satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
Customer Service Professional
Collection of Contracts in Transit
All other duties as assigned
