Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in automotive finance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of auto loan and lease products, credit analysis, and finance regulations.
  • Experience in CDK is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Proficiency with finance software and dealership management systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the financing process, explaining available options and securing loan approvals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize finance and lease contracts that meet customer needs and dealership objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Track and report on finance department performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving financing concerns promptly.
