The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position: Manage overall accounting processes and functions Manage staff, including goal setting and performance reviews Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management Manage monthly, quarterly and year end closing process and reporting Improve procedures and processes. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
