About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can deliver a great customer experience while maximizing profitability in our F&I department. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about helping customers protect their investment and creating a smooth, enjoyable vehicle purchase experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dealership F&I experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with dealership software and computer systems
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Present financing and protection options to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Help customers choose products that protect their vehicle and ownership experience
• Maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best financing options
• Submit deals electronically and ensure all paperwork meets lender and DMV requirements
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions
• Track deal receivables and ensure contracts are funded in a timely manner
