This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability. This position is for an F&I closer- not for someone just sitting back waiting on the action. Spanish speaking is a plus! As a Finance Manager, you will lead the dealership’s customer financing and insurance operations, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and customer-focused transaction process. You will cultivate strong lender partnerships, present value-driven protection products, and consistently achieve performance goals — all while upholding the highest ethical standards. Prior Nissan experience not required but strongly preferred!

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of dealership F&I experience required
  • Proven track record showing success in achieving great PVR, products per deal, and VSC penetration
  • CDK experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance and compliance regulations
  • Exceptional communication and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
  • Prior Nissan experience not required but strongly preferred!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the dealership’s loan origination and approval process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
  • Structure finance deals that align with customer needs and lender guidelines
  • Present and explain finance, insurance, and protection products clearly and confidently
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, legally, and ethically
  • Maintain precise monthly production and compliance reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly F&I income and product penetration goals
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience from contract to delivery
