About The Position

Mosaic Technologies is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our finance team. The Finance Operations Specialist is a versatile and evolving role that supports the full lifecycle of financial operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting. This position is designed to scale within the organization, offering opportunities for specialization and advancement as the business grows. Please note that this position requires full-time, onsite presence in our Cameron, WI office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and annual financial close processes
  • Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Generate and process customer invoices, handle recurring payments, refunds, and adjustments
  • Process incoming payments, service order changes, and manage customer accounts
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
