Requirements

  • Experience working within a large corporate environment, with the ability to navigate complex structures and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong financial and accounting acumen, including familiarity with budgets, financial statements, and general ledger concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Comfortable working with web-based applications, internal systems, and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support and guide associates professionally.
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and problem resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, update, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc inventory reports to support operational visibility and leadership decision-making.
  • Provide business financial analysis, including ad-hoc reporting, budget support, and interpretation of financial data related to vehicle operations.
  • Prioritize reporting needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and clarity.
  • Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website, ensuring data integrity and a positive user experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from associates; research and resolve issues with professionalism and customer-focused communication.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of system enhancements, updates, and issue resolutions.
  • Identify system improvement opportunities and collaborate with IT and business partners to implement enhancements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing operational insights and supporting new initiatives from concept through execution.
