WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct consultative retirement income conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients Present compliant annuity and protection strategies aligned with client goals Work closely with EIP’s Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities Own the client relationship from initial conversation through application and funding Navigate underwriting, carrier processes, and follow-ups confidently Maintain strong product knowledge across annuities and insurance solutions Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Active Florida 2-15 License (Life, Health & Annuities) Preferred FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 65) Experience & Traits 3+ years of experience in annuity, life insurance, or retirement income sales Inside sales, phone-based advising, or call-center experience strongly preferred Consultative closing style (not transactional selling) Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance environment Competitive, motivated, and accountable Organized, professional, and process-driven COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary Uncapped performance bonuses (Top performers earn $250,000+) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with 3.5% company match after one year Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and incentive days On-site gym & basketball courts Massage chair lounge On-site café with fresh breakfast and lunch
