As our firm continues to expand, we are excited to add a motivated Financial Advisor to our team! In this role you will provide transparent, fiduciary guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. You will build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality service in a collaborative environment.

  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Willingness to be mentored by a 30-year veteran in the business
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
  • Establishing a long-term career with ample opportunities for growth, including the potential to advance into a leadership role and eventually guide the firm upon the current owner's retirement
  • You must love serving people!

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized financial plans tailored to client needs
  • Proactively network and leverage referrals to expand client base
  • Oversee client portfolios and plans, ensuring alignment with their long-term wealth management objectives
  • Advise clients on life insurance and fixed annuity solutions, asset allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and tax reduction strategies
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective customer relationship management techniques
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis using financial planning software and research tools
  • Stay informed about market trends and conduct research to inform strategic planning decisions
  • Maintain and update client information using the firm’s CRM system
  • Confidence to speak publicly and lead seminars and workshops
