The opportunity: Stepful serves learners via online programs as well as in-person at our college, the St. Louis College of Health Careers. We're looking for a Financial Aid Advisor to join this team and help students navigate the financial aid process with confidence. In this role, you'll evaluate eligibility, award aid packages, and serve as a trusted resource for students and families, guiding them through federal, state, and institutional aid programs. You'll also review academic progress, handle appeals, and support payment collection. This is a critical role for student success and retention. This role is based onsite at our Fenton, Missouri campus and requires in-person presence five days per week to support students directly. This role reports to the Director of Financial Operations.
