Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Financial Aid invites applications for the position of Financial Aid Operations Coordinator. The Financial Aid Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day processing and compliance functions of the Financial Aid Office. This role includes reviewing and resolving financial aid action items, processing verification and corrections, managing system reports, managing student communications, and maintaining accurate student records to ensure timely and compliant delivery of aid. The Financial Aid Operations Coordinator also assists the Assistant Director of Financial Aid Operations to maintain efficient workflows and uphold compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations.
