POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations with a strong emphasis on workforce planning, incentive compensation and other general accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence and to speak effectively with customers.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Oracle software, Outlook, HRM, and MS Office. Advanced Excel skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited information exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Payroll or workforce planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain workforce planning models to accurately forecast headcount and labor costs.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure staffing plans align with financial targets and budget requirements.
  • Manage incentive and commission programs, including calculating accruals, forecasting payouts, and evaluating program performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Sales to refine compensation structures, incentive plans, and commission frameworks.
  • Perform general month‑end close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Support the General Accounting Manager with payroll responsibilities and serve as payroll backup.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
