The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the AMRAAM Sustainment team. This role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC). As a core member of this team, you will work in a challenging and fast paced team environment on a program team. This analyst will have frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office).

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
  • U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP software, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) with pivot tables, charts, creating presentations, etc.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Works under general direction and participates in determining objectives of assignment.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive monthly Cost and Schedule reports and analysis.
  • Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews and other financial reporting activities as required.
  • Participate in development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • Support preparation of cost CDRLs including Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs), as required by contract.
  • Support Ad-hoc requests as required.
