About The Position

The Operations Finance Analyst works closely with the Supply Chain, Quality and Operations teams to support efficient product delivery at manufacturing locations (NA & Asia). This role assists with finance activities for assigned areas and helps identify opportunities to improve processes, control costs, and support day‑to‑day operations. The position provides financial analysis and support to help teams make informed decisions, contribute to profitability, and support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. This role provides hands‑on learning opportunities through exposure to cross‑functional processes, inventory management, and manufacturing operations, while developing the skills needed to identify potential issues and contribute to effective, collaborative solutions. Essential Functions A. PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS · Hybrid Employee: Employee requires regular travel to a Flexcon facility and will require a dedicated remote and onsite office space (must work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week). Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must be punctual, able to sustain attendance guidelines, and work hours as assigned. Estimated % of travel is . Driving while on company business is required for this role on an infrequent basis (defined as anyone that drives on company business between 1 – 49 times per year not including regular commute to work). What you Need · EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Business, Finance major preferred · EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years previous accounting/business/manufacturing experience · COMPLEXITY OF DUTIES: Duties involving general knowledge of related company policy and use of various procedures and application to loosely defined standard practices which require the making of decisions and use of independent judgment as to the method of performance. Spot errors in other departments’ work and correct proactively. · PERSONAL CONTACTS: Collaborate within the finance department on routine matters and work regularly with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, IT, Distribution, and external auditors to gather and analyze information, identify potential issues - particularly related to inventory processes, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration · CONFIDENTIAL DATA: Works with confidential costing and pricing data where the effect of any disclosure would probably be significant. · MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Flow of work and character of duties involve normal mental and visual attention much or all of the time. · PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT: Usual office working conditions with frequent trips to warehouse, shipping/receiving and production areas. · ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks. Strong communicator that is comfortable working with individuals across an organization with an emphasis on working closely with Accounting, IT, Operations and other cross functional departments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support Supply Chain Finance activities by assisting with cost management initiatives, helping analyze capital expenditures, and participating in inventory optimization efforts. This includes learning to review financial data, identify trends and variances, and work with cross‑functional teams to support informed operational decisions. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to support process improvement efforts and help ensure alignment with financial objectives. Gain exposure to cross‑functional workflows while contributing to efficiency and cost‑control initiatives. Assist in analyzing production costs by monitoring actual spending, identifying variances, and supporting the identification of cost‑saving opportunities under the guidance of senior team members. Work with plant operational leaders to support financial planning activities, including forecasting production expenses and evaluating the financial impact of manufacturing processes. Support accurate financial reporting and assist with projects (i.e. capital expenditure) by preparing analyses, validating data, and contributing financial insights to support decision‑ Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
