You will play a key financial modeling role for all VF Americas Real Estate needs including new stores, relocations, remodels, and renewals across 720+ stores between six VF brands (Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Icebreaker, Kipling, Altra) across US, Canada and Mexico. Using internal (cross brand sales and KPIs) and external data (demographics, co-tenant sales) you will provide revenue projections for new stores. Analyze and correlate demographic information by location/trade area with store performance. Prepare post audits on new stores, relocations, remodels to determine the accuracy of the initial projection and to sharpen projections going forward. Partnership with brand Finance teams to validate projections. Be curious and seek to understand variances. Continuously seek to improve processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Other ad hoc analysis as needed to support the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in finance, real estate, or data science at a large-scale company, preferably in the retail or consumer-related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data science or related field
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Understanding of financial statements
  • Advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of lease accounting standards
  • Lease Administration experience a plus
  • Experience with market planning software such as Sitewise
  • Power BI and Microsoft Copilot experience a plus
