Duties include working with all levels of management to develop metrics needed to maximize revenue and expense efficiencies through workforce optimization, revenue accuracy and analytical review in order to implement best practices. Manages specific human resource and labor related data and statistics to aid in preparing new position requisition submissions for Workforce Management Council and daily productivity reporting. Identifies Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for multiple segments of the organization. Remains current with cutting-edge data management tools. Work with management to enhance forecasting accuracy throughout the organization. Work with available software programs to maintain and maximize software effectiveness, accuracy and ease of use for end user. Position may lead and/or participate in organizational projects or teams to support organizational strategies
