About The Position

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Finance function within the Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing business analytical reports that are shared company-wide and with Senior Leadership (i.e., daily sales and labor reporting, weekly trading reports, monthly KPI’s etc.). Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes with the FP&A Senior Manager. Supporting the period-end financial close process, analyzing period-end results to ensure accuracy and identify risks or opportunities. Performing financial variance analysis to understand business performance. Implementing continuous process improvement. Working on ad hoc finance tasks as assigned by senior members of the team. Providing recommendations in support of scalable business needs, remaining curious with an aptitude to research, implement, and adapt to innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) required in finance, accounting, or another related field.
  • Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis, with good analytical skills.
  • Exhibits aptitude to consistently develop higher level of proficiency understanding/application of accounting and finance principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively and timely complete assigned tasks and projects as assigned. Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
  • Demonstrated competence and experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Preference to have at least three (3) years’ demonstrated experience in corporate finance or accounting delivering results in a similar position, preferably in a large, enterprise level hospitality, food service/food and beverage or airport industry.
  • Preference to have SAP application knowledge and Power BI experience.
