The Office Assistant will greet and welcome patients as they enter the office, be responsible for keeping the lobby and front desk areas clean and tidy, and perform other clerical tasks as required. The Office Assistant will work independently to verify insurance on all patients via phone, email, and/or fax as applicable. The Office Assistant must be coachable to perform tasks assigned to them.
