About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Financial Data Entry Coordinator (Bookkeeping Support) to assist with data entry for financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in financial recordkeeping. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounting support.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government contracting or defense-related bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with accounting and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Enter financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile accounts and verify data integrity.
