About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a high performing Financial Integrator (Experienced or Senior) to support the Mobility and Surveillance (M&S) team for the United States Air Force/Foreign Military Sales (USAF/FMS) E-7 Mission Systems and Software Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in Tukwila, WA. As a Financial Integrator you will be responsible for setting up and managing the financial structures to support Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements with full Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. This role will also provide guidance, leadership and quality financial analysis to the program leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Experience with CSPR, Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning & Analysis Systems (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • Experience with supporting business cases
  • Experience with EVM and cost accounting
  • Experience as a self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail to help explain the program financials to the Chief Financial Officers (CFOs)

Responsibilities

  • Supports customer reporting utilizing the Cost Schedule Performance Reporting (CSPR) tool set in support of the formal Cost Software Data Reporting (CSDR), Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) DFARS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
  • Supports quarterly financial Estimates at Completion (EAC) deliverables and reviews for respective IPT
  • Provides ongoing recommendations and guidance for contractual action items affecting fee, funding, financial EACs and new contract orders
  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders
  • Presents monthly EVM and program performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior managers and/or executives
  • Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
  • Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
  • Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions
