From there, you’ll transition into leadership responsibilities, including: Recruiting, training, and mentoring financial professionals Coaching individuals and teams to achieve performance goals Learning financial operations, marketing, and business development Managing client relationships and understanding product solutions Preparing for a long-term leadership role within the organization This program includes six months of intensive management-focused training designed to accelerate your readiness for leadership.
