Requirements

  • Financial services operations professionals with 5+ years of experience

  • Tools or Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Advyzon experience

  • Client service experience in advisory environments
  • Exposure to trust and estate planning processes

Responsibilities

  • Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center specifically)
  • Compliance coordination with external consultants (ADV filings, annual reviews, regulatory correspondence)
  • Client service operations (onboarding, account maintenance, service requests)
  • Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management)
  • Process documentation and SOP creation
  • Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Crete partner firms
