Job Description: Summary The Product Development FP&A team is seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking manager to lead our Reporting & Analytics workstream. This role will directly manage a team of business analysts and play a key role in modernizing our reporting ecosystem as we continue transitioning from legacy Access tools to SQL- and Power BI–based solutions across Product Development. Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in shaping how Product Development uses data—improving efficiency, strengthening reporting foundations, and enabling leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions. It is also a highly visible role with significant interaction across PD leadership, Licensing, GBS, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or related field.
  • - 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • - Prior experience leading analysts or project teams required.
  • - Hands-on experience managing others in the development of Power BI dashboards and Relational Database Ecosystems.
  • Skills & Competencies - Strong financial acumen and familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • - High proficiency in data modeling, visualization, and analytical storytelling.
  • - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical partners.
  • - Strong relationship-building abilities and comfort navigating AVP/VP-level conversations.
  • - Proven experience driving process improvement and building scalable solutions.
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development - Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts responsible for reporting, analytics, and operational support within the Product Development Shared Services Division.
  • - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • - Provide direction on workload prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and process ownership.
  • FP&A Support & Business Partnership - Support forecasting, planning, and financial reporting activities related to Product Development, Corporate Finance, and Merchandising.
  • - Partner closely with AVP/VP leaders to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • - Help translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership presentations and business reviews.
  • Reporting Modernization & BI Strategy - Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and SQL-driven data solutions.
  • - Guide the transition from Access-based tools to a centralized SQL data mart, ensuring continuity and stakeholder alignment.
  • - Establish standards for data visualization, report automation, and data integrity.
  • Process Improvement & Governance - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and reduce manual reporting effort.
  • - Support data governance efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting.
  • - Partner with cross-functional teams—including Global Business Services, Global Buying Offices, IT, and Licensing, Product, Merchandising, Corporate Finance—to improve data pipelines and systems.
  • Stakeholder Training & Enablement - Serve as the primary analytics contact for Product Development stakeholders.
  • - Provide training and ongoing support on Power BI, data literacy, and new reporting tools.
  • - Act as a bridge between business partners and system/technical teams to ensure reporting meets evolving needs.
  • Documentation & Operational Excellence - Maintain documentation for processes, reporting logic, and key deliverables across FP&A.
  • - Ensure timely, accurate distribution of recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
  • - Support operational readiness for new systems, tools, and reporting enhancements.
