As our Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst– you will report to the Senior Business Controller. You will support the financial analysis, planning and reporting and internal control needs of the business. On a given day, you may: Forecasts profit and loss (P&L) weekly. Maintains and develops models to support forecasts and annual plans. Works closely with project management to ensure accurate forecasting of project timelines. Prepares weekly inbound reports and freight analysis. Ensures the site complies with financial standards, maintains internal controls, and supports corporate audits. Works with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by assisting in month-end close and identifying variances from expectations and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Business or Computer Science with Finance or Accounting minor is acceptable.
• A substantial level of independent thinking and strong analytical skills are required.
• Effective communication skills (written, spoken and listening) are required with ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Advanced Excel is required.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• ERP experience required.
• Must be a focused, proactive self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• CPA/MBA preferred.
• SyteLine ERP experience preferred.
