The Financial Process Improvement Analyst is a critical, hands-on role that bridges the disciplines of business intelligence and process excellence. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Process Improvement, this role is responsible for designing, building, and owning the measurement infrastructure that drives operational transparency and continuous improvement across the Accounting and Controllership organization. The role also maintains a dotted-line relationship with the broader enterprise data analytics team, ensuring alignment on data governance, tools, and best practices. You will lead the development of dashboards, scorecards, and exception-based reporting tools using Tableau, SQL, and Excel—ensuring data integrity, usability, and impact. As a member of the Process Improvement team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Accounting to define KPIs and success metrics, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles to ensure measurement systems support process capability and efficiency. This role requires someone who can manage the full data lifecycle—from extraction and harmonization to visualization and storytelling—and who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. You will build MVPs for analytics tools, iterate based on stakeholder input, and deliver insights that support root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance optimization. Ultimately, you’ll be a champion of data-driven decision-making and a key driver of operational excellence.
