We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager with a strong background in financial analysis, automation, and cross-functional leadership. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in financial reporting or data‑driven analytical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data automation, reporting tools, and large‑volume data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, decision‑making, and coaching team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a mindset for process improvement and automation.
  • Strong communication abilities and the confidence to partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., QLIK, WinShuttle, KNIME) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for GPO Group Purchasing Organizations agreements, ensuring accurate pricing governance, financial reporting integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide high‑quality financial data and insights to both internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalations and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • Support RFP responses, pricing strategy development, and customer negotiations through rapid, accurate data delivery.
  • Owner of pricing initiatives across the 3 business lines, including maintenance of databases to implement price increases for large customers, optimization of price lists to drive revenue
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-functional team with a focus on workflow clarity, productivity, and career growth.
  • Partner with several Finance and Sales leaders to deliver ad hoc analyses, reporting packages, and strategic insights.
  • Drive automation initiatives using tools such as QLIK, WinShuttle, and KNIME to reduce manual work and accelerate turnaround times.
  • Build and enhance automated reporting solutions and scalable financial processes.
  • Implement standardized processes and communication protocols to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and data accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure contract compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting while maintaining a strong control environment.
