The Financial Service Representative I plays an essential role in delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships with our members. In this role, you’ll assist members and prospective members with their financial needs, guide them through our products and services, and help them take meaningful steps toward financial well-being while reflecting the mission and values of Securityplus. You will be part of a collaborative team that believes in service excellence, consultative guidance, and creating experiences that truly make a difference. Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
  • You know what it takes to deliver a standout experience, and you’re ready to connect with members by understanding their needs and helping them reach their goals.
