What You’ll Do Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom Learn about each client’s needs and present appropriate benefit options Clearly explain coverage details, answer questions, and provide education Guide clients step-by-step through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing policy reviews and support Participate in weekly team training, skill development sessions, and leadership workshops All appointments are with families who have requested information. No cold calling or door-to-door outreach.
