We are seeking a motivated Financial Services Team Associate to support the development and servicing of long-term client relationships while delivering personalized, goals-based financial guidance. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, relationship management, or business development
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by conducting in-depth needs assessments to identify financial priorities, objectives, and risk tolerance
  • Assist in delivering customized financial recommendations, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance solutions, fee-based financial plans, and wealth management services, supported by our in-house Financial Planning Team
  • Participate in ongoing portfolio reviews to help ensure alignment with client goals and changing market conditions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to support timely, well-informed client guidance
  • Collaborate with internal specialists, including investment leadership and insurance professionals, to help deliver integrated financial solutions
  • Guide clients through the discovery process, account setup, and required documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to account activity, performance, and general financial matters
  • Support the growth of the team’s book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives
