Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, QA or field) or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business/systems analyst role
Experience with manual QA testing and documenting test plans/results
Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting or testing within SAP (R/3, ECC, or similar environment) preferred

Responsibilities

Conducts manual QA testing of system enhancements and modifications, documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word
Investigates and resolves user and data-related issues; partners with IT to diagnose and address system errors
Serves as a resource for end users by providing guidance, documentation, and support related to financial system processes
Tracks and documents work efforts related to projects and system updates as needed
Supports system configuration changes by validating, testing, and ensuring data accuracy
