About The Position

The Financial Systems Transformation Manager reports to the IT Operations Manager and plays a key role in leading finance‑related systems, data, and process transformation initiatives across Belkorp Ag. This role focuses on modernizing financial systems and reporting platforms, driving cross‑functional transformation efforts, and ensuring new tools, processes, and data structures are successfully implemented and adopted. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager experienced in complex, cross‑functional initiatives and a systems‑oriented thinker with a passion for building, improving, and scaling tools and processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Accounting/Finance/Business discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP implementations, finance transformation, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial data and end‑to‑end finance processes, without ownership of budgeting or forecasting.

  • ERP implementation experience (Dynamics or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of financial and operational reporting in Power BI.
  • Own financial data architecture, definitions, and governance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Automate recurring finance‑related processes (e.g., commissions, incentives, operational metrics) to reduce manual effort and increase transparency.
  • Continuously improve reporting tools and workflows to enhance speed, reliability, and usability.
  • Stay connected to system, reporting, and AI developments across John Deere and peer dealerships to proactively identify relevant enhancements for Belkorp Ag.
  • Serve as project manager for the Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, coordinating Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and external partners.
  • Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risk management, and execution through implementation and stabilization.
  • Translate business requirements into system design decisions and ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Lead testing, data migration coordination, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization efforts.
  • Support ERP readiness efforts ahead of the Dynamics transition by leading data cleanup, validation, and standardization initiatives across Finance and Operations.
  • Coordinate the linking and alignment of internal financial and operational data with John Deere systems to support ERP integration and downstream reporting.
  • Provide project management and systems integration support to Finance leadership during potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, including data readiness and post‑close execution.
  • Redesign finance‑related processes to align with system capabilities and best practices.
  • Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and controls across locations.
  • Evaluate and pilot automation and AI‑enabled tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations to streamline workflows and reduce rework.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Develop clear documentation for system workflows, reporting standards, and operating procedures.
  • Act as a primary liaison between Finance and IT to prioritize, resolve, and communicate system issues.
  • Monitor new system capabilities, AI tools, and platform enhancements introduced by John Deere and the dealer network and assess applicability for Belkorp Ag.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to translate information needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on financial systems, reporting platforms, and transformation initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across Finance & Administration.
