About The Position

The Berkeley City Club is a historic hotel, event space, restaurant and bar, and social club. Originally opened in 1930 as the Berkeley Women’s City Club, our architect Julia Morgan’s unique Moorish-gothic vision comes to life through soaring arches, ornamental architecture, inviting courtyards, and a breathtaking indoor pool. Our Fine Dining Server will have a friendly and professional demeanor, the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

Understands to level of service required for a fine dining establishment
Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members
Great communicator with high attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
Proficient in POS systems
Minimum of two years of fine dining experience
High School diploma
Open/flexible schedule, including weekends
