About the position

Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain tables throughout service thereby providing great service to the guests, maximizing sales through up selling and ensuring that all guest’s expectations are met.
  • Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
  • Maintain positive and professional rapport with all fellow curators.
  • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by manager.
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
  • Ability to describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation.
  • Ability to use suggestive selling techniques to encourage the guests to choose items that are house specialties.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.
