Requirements

• Basic carpentry skills (or a willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Physically strong — this job is hands-on and active
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Install tongue and groove flooring, upgraded internal finishes, and wall siding
• Cut and prepare trusses
• Work with your hands, your head, and your heart
• Learn real carpentry skills (or level up if you already have them)
• See your work make a real impact for customers
• Collaborate with a team that’s got your back
