What You'll Do Operate finishing and boxing equipment while ensuring proper labeling procedures. Deburr, buff, and polish components according to part prints, routing instructions, and bills of materials. Sort and rework non-conforming parts as needed; notify supervisors of defective product. Bag and box finished products in line with established quality standards. Monitor parts for quality defects during operation. Follow safe working practices and utilize personal protective equipment at all times. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas per established procedures. Complete daily labor cards and other required documentation accurately and timely. Develop skills for multiple production cells as needed and support team members efficiently. Operate with a sense of urgency when required and demonstrate respectful behavior toward all employees. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED. Basic computer and math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions and decimals). Ability to read and understand instructions, blueprints, correspondence, and quality forms. Safely operate finishing equipment, hand tools, scales, and tape machines. Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 40 pounds regularly. Close vision and ability to adjust focus. Knowledge of safety procedures, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
