About The Position

our finishing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting
with the operation and maintenance of our finishing equipment, preparing and
handling aluminum components, and supporting the overall finishing process to
guarantee that all products meet specified requirements. This position requires
a strong focus on safety and quality, as you will be working in a fast-paced

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles preferred.
• Knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Must pass company background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the finishing process and machines.
• Prepare aluminum components for finishing processes according to specifications.
• Monitor the finishing process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment as needed.
• Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
