Role Overview This position requires a person to transform components from a machined state to a complete, finished product while working in a team environment. Must be able to comply with all governing rules including S.N.E. policies and procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness practices in the workplace. This position works under close supervision. What will you be doing? Finish instruments, including but not limited to: - Assemble instruments by means of basic finishing processes such as bending, fitting, grinding, sharpening, deburring, tumbling and basic blending and polishing - Perform simple measurements using micrometers, angle finders and calipers - Read and understand blueprints - Operate deburring and polishing equipment Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with S.N.E. policies, Quality Manual and procedures including, but not limited to: - FDA, QSR and various domestic and international standards and regulations - Company policies and procedures Work in a Team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes Safety, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and company property, including but not limited to - Simple maintenance as required - Clean work area as needed Perform other related duties as assigned What will you need to be successful? High school education or GED equivalency. Requirements

  • High school education or GED equivalency
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • 1-2 years’ experience

Responsibilities
