About The Position
Finishing Operator – 2nd Shift Join the Labelink Team! Labelink, a leading custom flexographic label and packaging manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to join our team. Pay is based off prior finishing/rewinding experience. $1.00 an hour shift differential Shift Information: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm – 12:30 am (paid 40-minute break) Training: Conducted on 1st Shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) for 4-6 weeks
Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions
- Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus
Responsibilities
- Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions
- Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met
- Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
