The role involves operating industrial equipment, documenting moisture levels, and providing top-tier customer service in a physically demanding, on-call environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) required; ASD (Applied Structural Drying) preferred.
  • 1-2+ years in water mitigation or restoration.
  • Ability to lift 50-80+ lbs and work in confined spaces like attics or crawl spaces.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and technical proficiency with mobile devices.
  • Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
  • Subject to drug screening and background checks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in restoration or construction is a plus.
  • Previous experience in water and fire damage restoration preferred.
  • Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment is essential.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction and drying services for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct fire damage restoration, including soot and smoke removal.

  • Assess damage and develop restoration plans in collaboration with team members.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
  • Document and report on restoration processes and progress to clients and management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
